Colorations offers a line of non-toxic liquid water colors in the most brilliant colors I have ever seen. I first used them while working at Milestones Programs for Children and beleive them to be the best watercolors I have found (for kids and adults). Warning: the brilliant colors do not wash out of all fabrics.
