The American College of Emergency Physicians has developed a publication dealing with serious injuries in children. It offers suggestions on how to avoid emergencies and how to deal with serious injuries. The publications also includes a consent-to-treat form for parents to fill-out and leave with the caregiver or baby-sitter.
