Lame definition: someone who particpates in Burning Man culture. Whether it be participating in the main burn or regional burns like Playa del Fuego, Flipside, Synchronicity, and others. They often have a passion for art, fire, music, and/or community.
Realistic definition: How can you describe it? If I meet someone new, I'll introduce myself as a burner, if they know the community, they will know exactly what I am referring to. If they don't, even a brief explination will not help them fully understand. A non-burner must simply take the plunge and become a burner to find out what it means to them.
